What we collect

We do not use tracking or analytics cookies on this site. The only thing stored is what you actively submit through a form.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey if you'd like one, and carry out any resulting work. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or pass it to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and as needed to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it unless we're required to keep it for a legal reason.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are handled through our website hosting provider's form service. We don't operate our own separate database of customer details beyond this.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, ask us to delete it, and object to how we're using it. To do any of this, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information.
