WHAT THE NAME MEANS
Cold fabric creates condensation. Water in the structure destroys heat and produces mould. Our work is to find why a building is wet or cold, stop the cause, and leave the fabric able to stay warm without becoming damp.
We found the leak in the heating circuit and dried the ceiling before any decoration.
The mould is from condensation on a cold wall. Insulation without ventilation will not hold.
